From welcome photos to crowd games and the grand lucky draw — one seamless D&D flow, no app required.

Typical D&D pain points: a dragging lucky draw, dead air between programmes, guests glued to their phones. We chain photo moments, live crowd games and the draw into one flow, with guest lists and draw rules handled by the system.

A retail giant’s spring party, with brand polish beyond the buzz

2026 · Costco Taiwan HQ Spring Party

A retail giant’s spring party, with brand polish beyond the buzz

A mobile photo booth with instant prints, signature cocktails and a bespoke room-fragrance scent bar, plus AI background swap putting every group shot on the party key visual.

Colleagues queued up group after group at the mobile photo booth, with custom-framed prints out in seconds. The bar served limited-edition signature cocktails to lift the mood, while the scent bar gave the night a memorable touch. AI background swap replaced every photo’s backdrop with the event key visual, delivering both a tech edge and a sense of occasion.

After a long year, an R&D team’s smiles printed before the night was out

Late 2025 · TSMC R&D Year-End Party, Taiwan

After a long year, an R&D team’s smiles printed before the night was out

Photo booths and roving instant print covered the venue, so guests could take home their own smiles and team photos without leaving their seats.

From the moment dinner began, photographers worked the tables with roving instant print, printing every toast and group shot on the spot. The queue at the photo booth was made up of engineers who usually have their heads down in R&D. Custom year-end frames, cocktails mixed on site and a bespoke room-fragrance scent bar kept the energy up from arrival to the last goodbye.

Nearly 10,000 guests, twenty print stations, and no bottlenecks all night

2025 · Nangang Exhibition Center, Taipei · CTBC Financial Holding Annual Party

Nearly 10,000 guests, twenty print stations, and no bottlenecks all night

AI transformation booths swapped outfits and printed in one tap, a 360 video booth made everyone the star, and the queues held until the very end.

Headline singers performed on stage, and the interactive zone was just as lively: guests stepped into the AI Dress Code booth, changed outfits in one tap and got a physical print instantly, while the 360 video booth turned every guest into the lead of their own music-video-style clip. To handle uploads and printing for nearly 10,000 people, twenty print stations ran smoothly all night — the thing large year-end parties dread most, and overlook most easily.

Booths need power and floor space; crowd games need a projector or LED screen. Standard hotel ballrooms and banquet venues work fine.

As a general market reference in Singapore, an open-air or instant-print booth runs roughly S$400–1,200 for 2–4 hours, and a 360 video booth from around S$688.
