Instead of ticking a name off a list, each arrival appears on the big screen in front of everyone. Colleagues can see who has arrived and how much of the wall is left, and when the last tile fills, the complete logo is the perfect cue for the opening speech.

The organiser provides staff photos, IDs and names before the event; we import them and design the logo layout. On the day, each check-in puts the person’s photo and name on the big screen — no photo-taking needed on site.
