A scented surprise for a thousand-guest gala
At a thousand-guest gala, a lucky-draw redemption for signature scents became the talk of the night.
A perfume bar for your Singapore event — guests blend a bespoke room fragrance and take the bottle home
Often booked as a “perfume bar” or “scent bar” for events, the Pixanity Scent Machine blends smart fragrance technology with an elegant interactive interface, and guests take part in bringing a room fragrance to life. From top to heart to base notes, precise ratios are mixed on the spot into a bottle made for diffusing in a space, with custom bottle-label design too — creating the most tasteful, immersive experience for every kind of brand event.
A perfume bar for events (also called a scent bar) is a manned station where guests blend a fragrance and take the bottle home. Pixanity runs it with a Scent Machine: the organiser picks 3 of 12 Italian fragrances, guests choose notes and intensity on their phone, and the machine blends a bottle in about 13 seconds — a room fragrance for a desk or entryway, not for skin, so it sits outside cosmetic controls. Standard package: 1 machine, 2 crew, 3 hours, 100 bottles, custom labels; islandwide in Singapore, custom quote.
In Singapore "perfume bar" or "scent bar" covers two different formats. A scent workshop seats ten to twenty guests with a facilitator and pipettes for 60 to 90 minutes. A perfume bar on the event floor is a standing station: guests choose notes and intensity, a bottle is blended on the spot, and each guest is done in under a minute. Dinner and Dance (DND) nights, launches and roadshows with hundreds of guests almost always need the second format.
Pixanity runs it with the Scent Machine. The organiser picks 3 of 12 Italian fragrances as the line-up, guests pick on their phone or at the machine, and it blends a bottle in about 13 seconds. What they take home is a room fragrance for diffusing in a space — not a wearable perfume and not applied to skin, which is why it stays outside cosmetic-product rules. Bottle labels, scent names and the display rack all carry your event visual.
On the floor it works as the last stop before guests leave: a bottle that ends up on a desk outlasts any printed keepsake. One round table, one sign and one display rack is the whole set-up — the smallest footprint of any zone we run.
Scan on your phone at the venue and adjust the intensity at will — the Scent Machine lets everyone blend a room fragrance of their own.
We leave the complex technology to the machine and the custom surprise to your guests. From naming to scent, this is a corporate gift with heart — tucking your brand intention into a fragrance your guests blended themselves.

The stand holds the scents available on the day, each bottle carrying the event’s own label. The point of this zone is less the fragrance than the fact that guests leave holding something that ends up on a desk or in a bag — bottles survive far longer than printed matter, which is why this station usually goes at the end of an event as the parting gift. Labels, bottle shape and outer box are all designed alongside the event key visual.

The unit is a wooden housing with a lit centre panel and a screen below listing the scents available on the day — it reads less like equipment than like a piece of furniture, and works sitting on a round table. In practice this zone belongs at the end of the route: choosing and smelling takes a moment, so the busiest entrance only creates a bottleneck, while near the exit it matches the rhythm of picking up a keepsake on the way out.

That is the entire set-up. The sign tells guests to scan, the stand shows them what is on offer, the machine produces. All of it sits on a single round table — the smallest footprint of any zone we run.

Every bottle on the stand has a card in front of it. Scent cannot be judged by eye, so this step matters: guests build an expectation from words first — fresh, woody, floral — then smell, and decide much faster. That is what keeps the queue moving.

Want the "I blended it myself" feeling without stalling the queue? Choose the floor perfume bar. Want guests to sit down and learn? Choose a workshop. Both produce room fragrance for diffusing, not a cosmetic for skin.
The questions Singapore event planners ask most when booking a perfume bar or scent bar — how it differs from a scent workshop, pricing, the experience, scent options, customisation, machine specs and venue needs.
Yes — it is what most Singapore planners mean by a perfume bar or scent bar: a manned station where guests pick notes and intensity and leave with a bottle blended on the spot. The difference is the product: ours is a room fragrance for diffusing in a space (desk, entryway, car), not a wearable perfume, so there are no skin-safety or allergy concerns at a corporate event.
Book the perfume bar (Scent Machine) when you have hundreds of guests and a flowing programme such as a Dinner and Dance (DND) or roadshow: under a minute per guest, no facilitator, one round table. Book a scent workshop when a small group can sit down for 60 to 90 minutes. Both produce room fragrance for diffusing, not a wearable perfume.
The standard package is 1 Scent Machine, 2 crew, 3 hours and 100 bottles with custom labels; hours, bottle count and display customisation change the price. Quotes are per project — WhatsApp us your event date and headcount for a quote within a day.
