Lucky Draw System for Dinner and Dance (DND)
Import the list, draw live on the big screen
Your whole staff list becomes a glowing, spinning "name sphere" on the big screen. The host hits draw, the sphere speeds up and stops, and the winner's name jumps out of hundreds. The same system can switch to a slot-machine reveal, reels stopping one by one. Staged prizes, repeat-win prevention and the winner log all run in the backend — all you prepare is the list.
- Two reveals: name sphere + slot machine — Switch per prize — the sphere for the grand prize, the slot machine for bonus rounds
- Staged prizes, no repeat winners — Set prizes, rounds and winners per round; previous winners are excluded automatically
- All you prepare is the list — An Excel sheet is enough — guests need no phone, and the winner log exports for HR
Overview: who it's for & what it solves
Pixanity's lucky draw system is a name-list lucky draw for company Dinner and Dance (DND) nights, annual galas and corporate events in Singapore: import your staff list and every name forms a glowing name sphere on the big screen; the host draws and reveals winners in one click, or switches to a slot-machine reveal. Staged prizes and rounds, automatic repeat-win prevention, an exportable winner log and visuals branded to your event. On-site crew, islandwide.
What is a lucky draw system?
A lucky draw system replaces the raffle box with a digital name-list draw. Before the event you import the staff or attendee list (an Excel sheet is fine) and set how many winners each prize has and how many rounds there are. On the night, the big screen shows a "name sphere" made of every name; the host hits draw, the sphere spins and stops, the winner's name and staff ID are enlarged, and they are excluded from the next round automatically.
Pixanity's system has two reveal visuals you can mix: the name sphere suits the grand prize — every name spinning together; the slot machine stops reel by reel and can draw in stages (headcount → amount → winners), ideal for bonus prizes and red packets. Colours, prize names and logo follow your event's key visual.
Compared with free online random pickers or wheel spinners, the difference is list security, repeat-win prevention and stage presence — a DND with hundreds of guests and a dozen prizes needs a flow that cannot go wrong, and someone on site running it.
Hundreds of names spinning — and the room erupts when it stops
Lights dim, the prize hits the screen, the name sphere speeds up — everyone is looking for their own name. When the sphere stops and the winner's name pops out, that table explodes. A raffle box can't do this.

A spring banquet — the prize is about to be revealed, light sticks up across the room
Four steps — all you prepare is the list
Guests don't need phones or an app. We confirm the list, prizes and run-of-show with you beforehand, and our crew runs it on the night.
Send the list
Staff or attendee list in Excel, with department or staff ID if needed — imported before the event.
Set prizes and rounds
Winners per prize, number of rounds, name sphere or slot machine — the whole night planned in one go.
Draw on the big screen
One click from the host: the sphere spins or the reels roll while the room counts down.
Reveal and record
Winners are enlarged and excluded automatically; the full winner log exports for HR.
One list, two reveal visuals
Switch per round: the name sphere for the grand prize, the slot machine for bonus prizes and red packets.

Every name forms a glowing sphere that spins, stops and reveals the winner

Reels stop one by one; can draw headcount → amount → winners
Fair, error-free — and a proper show
No repeat winners, auditable
Random system draw with previous winners excluded; you can limit the draw to guests who checked in and keep the grand prize for people in the room.
Staged prizes, planned once
A dozen prizes, winners per round, which visual to use — all set before the night, so the host just follows the flow.
Visuals that match your event
Gold gala, Christmas red, tech blue, starlight silver — colours, prize names and logo follow your key visual.
Every event gets its own draw screen
Real name-sphere draw screens from past events, each designed around that night's key visual.

The draw moment at real company dinners
From thousand-guest ballrooms to hundred-guest banquets, both reveals have run on real DND stages.

Lucky draw system vs free random picker vs paper raffle
Three ways to pick a winner at a Dinner and Dance (DND) — and where they differ on fairness, stage presence and the winner log HR needs afterwards.
| Compare | Pixanity lucky draw system | Free online tools (wheel spinners, random name pickers, Excel RAND) | Paper raffle tickets / lucky draw box |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name list | Import the staff or attendee list; set prizes and rounds in stages | Paste names by hand; re-paste for every round | Handwritten or printed stubs; omissions go unnoticed |
| Repeat-win prevention | Automatic; can limit the draw to checked-in guests | Usually delete winners manually between rounds | Manual sorting |
| Reveal visual | Name sphere and slot machine, branded to your event | A browser window projected as-is | None |
| Winner log | Full backend record, exportable for the HR wrap-up | Screenshots or notes | Handwritten |
| On-site support | Pixanity crew operates and troubleshoots on the night | Organiser runs it themselves | Organiser handles it |
For a team of ten, a free wheel spinner is perfectly fine. A DND with hundreds of guests, several prize tiers and an audit trail is where a professional lucky draw system earns its keep.

The Lucky Draw System uses a sphere of names (or a slot machine) from a list you import — formal and finale-ready. The Photo Lucky Draw (Magic Ball / Photo Wheel) has guests scan in and makes their photos the main act — more interactive and personal. Same platform, lists can be shared.
