Digital Stamp Rally · Carnival Stamp Card
A digital passport event for carnivals, roadshows and family days in Singapore — scan to stamp, no app, auto-redeem when the card is full
A digital stamp rally puts the carnival stamp card on the guest’s phone: scan a QR code to open the card, scan at each booth to collect a stamp, and redeem automatically when it is full. Pixanity’s version is built for roadshows, carnivals and large events in Singapore — organisers, booth vendors and guests all track live progress from a single phone, and on-site wayfinding, cashless tokens and lead capture come together in the same platform, leaving a complete marketing database for what comes next.
- Four features in one platform — On-site wayfinding, stamp collection, online payment and lead capture — all in one system
- Fully paperless — No paper tickets, no cash — everything runs on phone and computer
- Keep guests moving — QR-code stamp collection steers crowds to every booth — they explore wider and stay longer
- Build a marketing database — Registrations, interactions and surveys capture leads in real time — a foundation for remarketing
Overview: who it's for & what it solves
Pixanity’s Digital Stamp Rally is a carnival stamp card and digital passport event system for Singapore: guests scan a QR code to open a stamp card on their own phone (no app download), scan at each booth or checkpoint to collect a stamp, and unlock a redemption voucher or lucky-draw entry when the card is complete. Organisers, booth vendors and guests all track progress live; the platform also covers on-site wayfinding, cashless carnival tokens and audience lead capture, so every scan builds a marketing database. Ideal for carnivals, roadshows, school events, company family days and brand carnivals, islandwide across Singapore, custom quote.
What is a digital stamp rally?
A digital stamp rally — also called a carnival stamp card app, digital passport event or stamp collection game — replaces the paper passport that guests carry from booth to booth with a stamp card on their phone. Guests scan a QR code at each station to collect a stamp; the card fills up in real time and rewards unlock automatically. Pixanity’s Digital Stamp Rally then moves everything else an event needs — wayfinding, ticketing and registration — onto the same phone, going fully paperless. Organisers, booth vendors and guests connect live through one system, with on-site progress visible at a glance.
Its core is integration: event wayfinding, task alerts, stamp collection and on-site payment link into one seamless flow — guests use a phone, organisers use a computer, all in one tap. The process gets leaner while the interactive experience gets richer.
More importantly, every registration, interaction and purchase settles into data. After the event, you are left not just with a lively day, but with a brand database you can use for lucky draws and remarketing.
One event, no more piecing together ten different tools
Paper tickets, cash change, booth reconciliation, handwritten name lists, PA announcements to find people — the chaos of a traditional carnival comes from every step using a different tool. The Digital Stamp Rally pulls it all into one phone: guests scan to navigate, collect stamps and pay, while organisers watch footfall, revenue and completion rates live in the dashboard. The event runs smoothly, and the data stays.

One phone runs the whole event
Four core features, one integrated system
Wayfinding, stamp challenges, leads and payment — everything an event needs, mixed and matched to suit you.
On-site wayfinding
Guests view the event schedule, task briefs and map on their phone in real time, so they never miss a highlight. Centralised information lifts engagement and keeps the event orderly.
Scan to play, collect stamps online
Clear a station and scan the QR code to collect a stamp online and update your progress. It is fun and simple to run, adding engagement and flow on the ground, and giving organisers data to track completion rates.
Audience lead capture and organisation
Registrations, interactions and surveys collect participant leads in real time — powering lucky draws while building a brand database that lays the groundwork for remarketing.
Paperless tickets & online payment
No paper tickets, no cash hassle — guest points are issued automatically, vendors scan to deduct points with funds credited instantly for fast on-site transactions, while organisers track sign-ups and each booth’s collection status live in the dashboard. Efficiency and transparency rise sharply.

How does the QR stamp rally work?
The most popular interactive module in the system — the key to getting guests around the whole venue, all done on their own phones.
Scan to open a card
Guests scan the QR code at the entrance or any station and their phone instantly opens a personal digital stamp card — no app download, no sign-up.
Roam and collect
Scan at each booth or station to collect a stamp; the card updates progress in real time and shows which stations are left.
Fill it to unlock
Meet the completion rule (a full card or set tasks done) and the system automatically unlocks a redemption voucher or lucky-draw entry.
Redeem and draw
Show the digital voucher at the counter for a gift, or enter the lucky-draw pool — turning a full tour of the venue into a rewarding ritual.
More than filling a card — four play modes for different event goals
One stamp module — change the completion rule and it becomes a different game. Pick by the goal you want to hit.
Fill every booth
Collect stamps from all booths to redeem — maximising traffic across the whole venue, ideal for carnivals with many booths that want the crowd spread evenly.
Set stations
Just complete a few set task points (e.g. try A, check in at B, quiz at C) — ideal for spotlighting specific zones or brand experiences.
Team battle
Teams compete on total stamps collected, with a live leaderboard driving group energy — ideal for company family days and school events.
Random stamps
Each stamp randomly drops a different reward or hidden stamp, creating surprise and reasons to keep playing — ideal for roadshows and mall footfall.
Add-ons that make the event more complete
The system can connect to the services below, covering everything from pre-event registration to your on-site official account.
Official WhatsApp integration
Use an official WhatsApp account as the guest entry point to push event alerts, issue stamps and tickets, and keep nurturing this audience after the event.
Registration / check-in
Collect leads with online pre-registration, then fast QR-code check-in on site with live entry data — all connected to the same stamp and payment system.
One QR code ties the whole floor together
Photographs from events we ran, showing how the stamp rally gets built into the route.

The stamp station hangs on the main backdrop
It needs no stand of its own — a QR plate in the corner of the backdrop is the whole installation. Guests scan to open a card, then scan again at each zone. Because the card lives on the phone there are no lost cards, no reprints and no reissues, and the organiser sees live completion counts per station.

What it really does is push people to the quiet zone
The value is not the game, it is flow control: put a stamp in the corner nobody walks to and guests will take themselves there to complete the set. It is the most effective way we know to spread a crowd — far better than stationing someone at the door — and afterwards the data shows which zones actually got visited.

One sign is one checkpoint
The physical checkpoint is just this plate — on a wall edge or in the corner of a booth, taking no circulation space and needing nobody to staff it. Adding a checkpoint means hanging another one, and moving it mid-event means carrying it somewhere else.

Stamping walks people to your photo spot
With the checkpoint beside the main backdrop, guests who come over to scan usually take a photo there as well. It is a standard move: put the stamp where you want to be photographed, and the footfall and the photos arrive together.

HIGH FIVE Carnival: one scan to collect
40 seconds on the ground — ring toss, stage shows and a food market, with guests collecting points from one scan on their phone. Hear what guests and crew said on site: “no buttons to press, one scan and the point is in — really convenient.”
A real case: a carnival that actually ran on it
The Stamp Rally System has been deployed at large corporate events — a 15th-anniversary "HIGH FIVE Carnival" for a major financial group. Guests entered straight from the official messaging account and used one phone for stamp challenges, cashless payments at the food-truck market, stage-show wayfinding and voting draws — while the organiser integrated on-site interaction paperlessly and kept complete participation data and leads. Below are actual screens from that event.

Pixanity Digital Stamp Rally vs stamp collection game app vs paper carnival passport
Searching for a stamp rally in Singapore turns up three very different things: apps guests must download, web-based systems that run from a QR code, and the paper passport that still gets stamped by hand. Here is how they compare.
| Compare | Pixanity Digital Stamp Rally | Stamp collection game app (download) | Paper carnival stamp card / passport |
|---|---|---|---|
| How guests start | Scan a QR code or join the official messaging account — no download, no sign-up | Download from the app store, create an account, then start | Collect a card at the counter |
| Collecting stamps | Scan a QR code at each booth; the card updates live | Open the app to scan or enter a code | Find a staff member to stamp it |
| Redemption | Voucher or lucky-draw entry unlocks automatically; scanned once at the counter | Depends on the app | Manual check, easy to double-claim |
| Organiser data | Completion per station, footfall per booth and leads, live | Usually a dashboard | Counted by hand after the event |
| Add-on modules | Wayfinding, lead capture, cashless carnival tokens and check-in in the same system | Usually stamps only | None |
| Staffing and cost | One QR sign per station, nobody needed to man it; Pixanity crew on site | Organiser configures and supports it | Printing, stamping staff, reissues |
| Best for | Carnivals, roadshows, school events, family days, brand carnivals | Long-running loyalty programmes with an existing brand app | Small internal events |
If guests should start with zero friction and the organiser wants completion data and leads afterwards, choose the no-download digital stamp rally; a download app only makes sense for long-running loyalty schemes inside an existing brand app.
