Sync Signing Wall

12 VIPs sign at the same moment — and the wall lights up together

Replace “one VIP at a time” with “everyone at once”. Twelve VIPs each hold an iPad and sign at the same moment, and every stroke appears live in their own panel on the LED wall. The instant the last signature lands, all 12 signatures light up on the key visual with names and titles, and the whole room sees it.

  • Sign together, light up together — 12 VIPs sign on their own iPads (handheld or on stands) and every stroke syncs live to their own panel — no queue
  • The last stroke is the launch — Completion triggers the launch animation, replacing buttons, ribbon-cutting or crystal balls
  • Custom backdrop and layout — Wall backdrop, grid, name plates and launch animation designed to your key visual; 4–16 stations

Overview: who it's for & what it solves

The Sync Signing Wall is a multi-VIP simultaneous signing system for ceremonies: 12 VIPs each with an iPad (adjustable 4–16, handheld or on stands) sign at the same moment, and every stroke appears live in a 3×4 grid on the LED wall — one panel per person. When the last signature lands, the wall composes the launch visual, delivering the climax of an opening, anniversary, MOU or unveiling ceremony. Backdrop, grid and launch animation are custom to your key visual; composite artwork, individual signature files and the ceremony video are delivered afterwards. It ran the MOU signing at Taiwan’s Ministry of Education joint freshman opening ceremony in September 2026. Pixanity runs it islandwide on a custom quote.

WHAT IS IT

What is a sync signing wall?

The signing segment of a traditional ceremony puts one guest book or board on stage and VIPs sign one after another while the audience watches their backs. The sync signing wall flips this: every VIP holds their own iPad, the wall is split into one panel per person, and twelve pens write on the big screen at the same time.

Finishing is not just “done”. The instant the last VIP lifts the stylus, the system composes all twelve signatures onto the ceremony visual and triggers the launch animation — the job a button, ribbon or crystal ball used to do, now done by the VIPs’ own signatures. Afterwards the organiser receives a composite signature artwork, each VIP’s signature file and a video of the whole sequence.

Pixanity delivers the full package: iPads and styluses (handheld or on station stands), signal into the LED wall, backdrop and animation design, and a control desk crew on site. You provide the VIP list and your key visual. At the Ministry of Education 30⁺ programme joint freshman opening ceremony in September 2026, 12 university presidents and officials signed the National Education Radio course-alliance MOU this way, within a single minute.

HOW TO CHOOSE

Sync signing wall vs signing board vs button / ribbon launch

Three common ways to stage a ceremony moment — they differ in who takes part, what the room sees and what is left behind.

Many VIPs who each deserve a moment and a record: choose the sync signing wall. Two or three signatories for a keepsake: a board is enough. They also combine — the wall can end with the launch animation, so no separate button or ribbon is needed.

THE MOMENT

The last stroke lands, and the whole room launches together

A ceremony’s worst fear is a climax with no picture: twelve VIPs walk up, the audience sees backs, and everyone returns to their seats. The sync signing wall builds the climax on the big screen: twelve signatures moving at once, the emcee counting down, and at the last stroke the twelve signatures compose onto the key visual as the launch animation bursts — every phone in the room goes up. That is the photo the event keeps.

HOW IT WORKS

From VIP list to launch visual in five steps

You provide the VIP list and key visual; Pixanity designs, builds and runs the rest.

01

List and key visual

Send VIP names, titles and order plus your key visual; we design the wall backdrop, 12-panel grid, name plates and launch animation for approval before the day.

02

Device setup

12 iPads assigned in VIP order — handheld, or on stands in an arc or a line at the front of the stage — each showing its VIP’s name and title; signal patched into the LED wall or projector.

03

Sign together

On the emcee’s cue all 12 VIPs sign on their iPads, and every stroke appears live in their own panel on the wall.

04

Compose and launch

The instant the last VIP finishes, the 12 signatures compose onto the key visual and the launch animation fires — with countdown, sound and lighting cues if you like.

05

Deliverables

Composite signature artwork, each VIP’s signature as a transparent PNG, and the on-screen ceremony video for press, social and keepsakes.

WHY IT WORKS

Why openings and anniversaries switch to a sync signing wall

Every VIP gets a panel

One panel per person with name and title, so cameras and the wall capture everyone — nobody is just standing in the back row.

Done in 1–2 minutes

No queue: the whole segment including the launch animation stays under two minutes, tight and never flat.

The signature is the launch

The last stroke triggers the launch visual, replacing buttons, ribbons or crystal balls — the climax comes from the VIPs’ own hands.

Backup and crew

Spare iPads and signal paths, with a control desk crew watching all 12 panels; a single station can be swapped instantly without affecting the ceremony.

Audience view: 12 university presidents and officials signing on handheld iPads with the 12-panel wall behind

12 sign at once

On the emcee’s cue all 12 VIPs pick up their iPads and sign together. Nobody waits and nobody stands in the back row — everyone has a pen and their own panel on the wall.

Side close-up: a VIP holding an iPad and signing with a stylus

Signing: on your own iPad

The iPad shows only the signing area, the name and a done button — nothing to learn. As the pen moves, the VIP’s panel on the wall draws the same stroke with no visible delay.

Wall screen feed: a 3×4 grid, each panel with a signature, name, title and organisation

The wall: 12 panels moving at once

What the audience sees: twelve pens writing at the same time, some fast, some slow. The backdrop is the event key visual and every panel carries the VIP’s name, title and emblem.

Wall close-up: all 12 signatures complete

Complete: 12 signatures lit on the key visual

When the last VIP finishes, all 12 signatures with names and titles sit on the key visual — the press-release frame, ready for a launch animation to follow.

FAQ

Sync signing wall FAQ

The questions organisers ask most when planning openings, anniversaries and signing ceremonies — stations, timing, screens, customisation and deliverables.

No. The standard layout is a 3×4 grid of 12, but stations adjust from 4 to 16 and the wall re-flows (2×3, 2×4, 4×4 and so on) — still one panel per VIP.

Typically 1–2 minutes from the emcee’s cue to the end of the launch animation. Signing itself takes 20–40 seconds; the rest is countdown and animation, adjustable to your run-of-show.

The screen shows only a signing area, the name and one done button; you write with the stylus. Ushers can stand by each station and a 30-second rehearsal can be arranged before the ceremony.

Either. Most venues have a stage LED wall or projector from the venue or AV vendor and we patch in via HDMI / SDI; if there is none, an LED wall or projector can be added to the rental.

Yes — that is standard. The wall backdrop, panel frames, name plates and launch animation follow your key visual, with design proofs before the day; emblems, event name and date can be added.

High-resolution composite signature artwork, each VIP’s transparent signature file and the on-screen ceremony video, for press, social, keepsakes and venue prints.

Yes. With on-site printing the composite can be printed as a card or framed for VIPs, or combined with keepsakes such as the magnet lightbox or acrylic magnets.

Spare iPads and a backup signal path are on site and the control desk watches all 12 panels; one station can be swapped instantly without affecting the other VIPs.

Yes. Stations and equipment work indoors and outdoors with power and network; in bright outdoor light use an LED wall rather than projection and shade the iPads.

The digital signature wall is for all guests: people sign in turn on tablets and the signatures build one wall. The sync signing wall is a ceremony for the VIPs on stage: fixed headcount, one panel each, all at once, ending in a launch animation. Both can run at one event.

Service area

Pixanity runs the sync signing wall islandwide across Singapore — hotel ballrooms, convention centres, corporate campuses and outdoor venues — for openings, anniversaries, MOU signings and unveilings.
